Amazing PLUGIN for WTP.

I really like this WTP. Very customizable. (5 stars here)But I find the customer support very slow. (12 hours on business days and 24 hours during weekends)If there is an emergency during a weekend, you can only rely on yourself.

Impressive theme. I use it for all my clients websites.

On Customer Support, I give them five+ stars. Harish was awesome. He replied within hours of my opening a ticket and was very helpful, even to the point of logging in to my FTP and correcting the issue. Each of my replies was responded to, typically within minutes or certainly within an hour or two. Outstanding.
On the theme itself, four stars. It's a great theme. Very nice and easy to use. The only downside for me when update theme, Ape theme files corrupted on my server. That's why I opened a support ticket. Again, harish resolved the issue, but of course, I would have preferred not having the issue in the first place. :-)

to be honest, its a little bit hard to use for me.
