Good theme, good support

I was little problem in widget area and they resolve it.

Had a few hiccups trying to find and use some features. The way things are labelled in the tuorial isn't completely accurate, so I had trouble finding certain customization. Also, I had assumed a pink theme would come with an easy way to share the video . I had to contact them about that and they resolve it.customer service was wonderful, and the theme was eventually sorted and now suits most of my needs. Would recommend on customer service alone.

Worked exactly how I wanted it too. There's a bit of a learning curve understanding the tutorial, but after just a day I know my way around and can do what I need. Customer support is very responsive too.

my concern is why you're still using jwplayer 7 while jwplayer 8 released ?

This theme is worth the money. Incredibly helpful support. It could be a little faster, but the support is not slow. The support answers 1–2 times per day. Mostly in the morning (European time). But if answered directly useful and helped without any problems. I didn't need 10 answers per day because this one answer helped me most of the time
